Needy:
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
5 garlic cloves
200g mushroom
1/2 can of Campbells mushroom paste soup
butter/ olive oil
shredded mozarella & cheddar cheese
salt & pepper
Chinese parsley
How:
Melt butter.. Add mushrooms until tender. Then add rice, salt & pepper. Stir well. Wait until mixture is cold, transfer it into rice cooker. Add garlic cloves & water.
When rice is cooked, transfer again into oven-safe dish. Add in mushroom paste soup on top of rice.
The rice is layered in between mushroom paste soup (make it several layers).
It tastes so good when it is layered.
Scatter mozarella cheese & parsley on top of the layered rice and bake in oven for 20-25 min or until the cheese melt in 200 C.
